WHAT: The Yoga Supper Club
DATE: Saturday 28 February
MORE: The Yoga Supper Club is a mindful evening filled with yoga, live music and nourishing food. By taking yoga out of the yoga studio, our senses are heightened to take notice of everyday influences such as art, architecture and nature. Throughout the evening, these elements will be highlighted and we will be encouraged to notice how they can inspire, facilitate growth and extract meaning in life. We are beyond excited to be collaborating with Husky Yoga Studio to present a Yoga Supper Club weekend in the gorgeous Jervis Bay area. The weekend will begin with a Yoga Supper Club in a secret natural reserve location (details will be disclosed upon purchase of ticket), where we will be surrounded by the gorgeous, natural and native flora to inspire our hearts and minds. Our asana practice will be accompanied by a traditional Aboriginal musician, helping us connect more deeply with the earth. Following the class, we will be treated to a delicious and nourishing, vegan supper enjoyed along the banquet table to make our bellies sing. We also have teamed with Yoke Magazine to offer you an amazing treat!
