WHAT: Chakradance for Women - Discovery session

DATE: Tuesday 7 October

MORE: Blending free-flowing movements with vitalizing dance music, Chakradance will free the energy in your body and open you to a deeper experience of life. A healing dance/moving meditation practice that draws on a fusion of philosophies and musical styles, Chakradance aims to restore health to your chakras – the energy centres that are the gateways to integrating mind, body, and spirit

In a darkened room, lit only by candle-light, you move to music created to resonate with the vibrations of each of your 7 major chakras. You dance with your eyes mainly closed, and your attention turned inwards, for unlike most other dance practices, Chakradance is about making a connection with your inner world – the world of your imagination, feelings, intuition and senses.

Welcome to Chakradance. Come and and explore. Have fun. Find meaning. Let go. Come and look deeper into each chakra, each part of you, and experience more within the dance that is uniquely yours.
