The theme of this 3 day retreat set in the beautiful picturesque Govinda Valley will be focusing on dissolving what no longer serves you. This retreat is at the beginning of autumn and is perfectly timed to help you unwind, release and let go after all of the excitement of summer. This retreat is designed similar to a session in clinic. We will be journeying through an entire healing process over the whole weekend, from getting back into yourself, letting go of the rubbish and embracing what you truly desire. It is effectively like immersing yourself in a 48 hour balancing session. Imagine how good you are going to feel! Not only will we be working through shifting stuff on an emotional/ mental level, we will be clearing it on a physical level because all of the food will be RAW FOOD!
